Your Questions, answered.
What is depth coaching?
Depth coaching works with the whole of you — not just your goals and habits, but the inner patterns underneath them. We blend practical tools for focus, planning and follow-through with deeper work drawn from psychology and mindfulness, so change holds up instead of fading when motivation dips.
Can a coach really help me with ADHD?
Yes, but only if you are willing to put in the work. There is no “silver bullet” for ADHD, but working with me gives you an experienced coach who knows how to body double to boost productivity, hold you accountable without shaming you, instruct you in mindfulness practice, and empowers you to explore how you actually work rather than trying to fit you in a formula.
Do you coach people without ADHD?
Yes! You don’t need a diagnosis — I work with people who have ADHD and who don’t have ADHD but have similar systems. I have lifelong lived experience of ADHD and have coached hundreds of neurodivergent students, creatives and professionals. We work on how your attention really manifests, instead of around forcing yourself to work like someone you’re not.
How is coaching different from therapy?
I’m not a therapist and this isn’t treatment. Coaching is an agentic amplifier that substitutes a structured, forward-looking partnership for months if not years of flailing so that you can achieve your goals in life and career. Therapy is not necessarily goal driven in the same way, but is more experiential and behavioral. Many of my clients do both, and they complement each other well.
How long does it take to see results from depth coaching?
Typically, 6 to 18 months. You cannot make big changes in a short amount of time unless you are willing to relocate to a completely new city and/or country. Change within a system takes time and takes care.
How much does it cost?
Single sessions are $200. The 8-month program is $3,000, with payment plans available. Sliding-scale options exist for all 1:1 work. Sessions run 60–90 minutes rather than the standard 50, and every session includes take-home practice.
What happens on the free discovery call?
We spend 60 minutes getting clear on what you’re wrestling with and whether I’m the right coach for it. No pitch, no pressure — if I’m not the right fit, I’ll say so and point you elsewhere.
