Agentic Amplifying

You know the work. Something in you avoids it.

Coaching and workshops that turn self-sabotage into momentum — for founders, and the incubators that back them.

Every founder carries a task they keep meaning to finish. Not from laziness. Not from a lack of talent. Something protects them from it. That something is a system, and a system can be redrawn. We find the edge you keep sailing around. Then we cross it. Weeks, not years.

Sound familiar?

  • The deck that has been ninety percent done for a month.
  • You ship for everyone but yourself.
  • Busy all day — the one thing that matters, untouched.
  • You know the next move. You don't make it.
  • The two a.m. loop: same worry, no new thought.
  • More tools, more plans, more input. Less shipped.

None of it is a character flaw. It is a system — and a system can be redrawn.

The idea

Coaching is an amplifier.

Alone, a founder circles a problem for a quarter. Held at the edge, they decide, and they move. The work is the same. The company is not.

We call the method provocative challenge — we keep you in the Growth Zone, the narrow band where change is uncomfortable and real. Alone, you retreat to comfort every time. Held at the edge, you stay long enough to change.

Comfort Zone

Familiar and safe. You're competent here, and busy — but nothing you actually fear gets done.

The three crossings

Three ways through. We use what the moment needs — open one to see the pathway.

When you keep not doing the thing, the system is working as designed — it is protecting you from something. We make resistance curious instead of shameful, then redraw the system around the work.

  1. Map the resistanceName the goal, and the exact moment it gums up.
  2. Decode the decoyFind what the avoidance protects — and what it quietly costs.
  3. Redesign the systemMake the real work the easy path and the decoy the hard one.
  4. Ship on a planA seven-day plan you can run on your worst day.

You leave with a one-page map of what stops you, and momentum you can repeat.

Founders rarely break on strategy. They break on themselves. This is the inner work of staying sovereign under pressure — grounded in parts work and Internal Family Systems.

  1. Draw your spheresSeparate what you control, what you influence, and what you must accept.
  2. Name your alliesThe parts of you — and the people — that move you forward.
  3. Meet your enemiesThe shadow sides that sabotage; often the same parts.
  4. Enemies to alliesBefriend what drives the behavior, and it stops running the show.

You leave with a calmer relationship to pressure, and your energy back on your side.

Stuck work is usually a badly-framed problem. We turn it into an experiment you can actually run — so you learn your way forward instead of guessing.

  1. Find the real problemFive whys down to what is actually in the way.
  2. Ask “what if”A dozen possibilities, no judgement yet.
  3. Form a hypothesisBecause X, if we try Y, then Z — with a measure.
  4. Test and refineRun it small, read the result, iterate.

You leave with a repeatable method for turning blocks into progress.

Two ways to work together

For incubators & founder cohorts

The Workshop

Two to four hours. One room. Every founder leaves with a map of what stops them and a seven-day plan to move.

  • Practical and high-energy, built for a cohort.
  • Runs on the three crossings — tuned to your founders.
  • Leaves a plan, not a pep talk.

Best for: accelerators, incubators, and founder programs.

Bring it to your cohort

For the individual founder

The Six-Month Sprint

A six-month 1:1 coaching sprint, capped by a mini retreat. We go deep on the one crossing that will change your year — and end somewhere quiet, off the map, to make it stick.

  • Fortnightly 1:1s, plus support between.
  • One crossing, worked all the way through.
  • A closing mini retreat to consolidate the change.

Best for: founders ready to change how they work, not just what they build.

In their words

Nico brings an enormously thoughtful approach to the table, leaving space for the insecurities and deficiencies that make us all human, while focusing relentlessly on the strengths and techniques we can use to make us exceptional — in whatever way we'd like to be.

Nico's warm presence, combined with his background and experience, helped me navigate ideas I had a hard time parsing out on my own. The experience was an energizing and helpful launch pad that offered clarity and calm.

When I was looking for a coach, I felt lost and was looking for someone who could ground me and help me organize how I want to achieve my goals — and Nico has done exactly that, helping me find the tools that work best for me to focus and achieve my goals.

The navigator

I'm Nico.

I help founders cross the edge of their own map — the work they know and avoid. I'm a certified coach and mindfulness facilitator, and the maker of these methods. This is coaching, not therapy. We build the systems that get you across.

Before you book

No. This is coaching — goals, systems, and action, not diagnosis or treatment. If something clinical surfaces, I'll help you find the right support.

Yes. The six-month sprint is one-to-one, for individual founders. The workshop is the cohort format; the sprint is for you.

The workshop is two to four hours, once. The sprint is fortnightly one-to-ones over six months, plus light support between — a few hours a month, and the closing retreat.

It depends on the format and the fit. We settle that on the first call, which is free.

Find the edge. Cross it.
